Las Vegas Web Design- The Process

 

The process to get started with your new Web Design by one of our Las Vegas Web Designers is simple and we make it comfortable and stress free. Once an agreement is made on the type of website you would like us to design for you and a layout is agreed upon we require 50% down and Balance due upon completion of your website. If you are local in the Las Vegas area one of our Las Vegas Web Designers will come to your business to discuss and outline the project with you or your project manager. At this time we receive payment in the form of Business or Personal check or Money Ordrer. You will be given a contract with the services that are being provided to you by Xander Design.

You will need to furnish us with all the content necessary to complete the process of your website design such as photos, images, text for your homepage as well as information for "about us" history of company, products and services that you offer. We will discuss what your pages will consist of in our initial meeting. If you need time to gather this information that is fine we will being the work constructing the bases of your website. We will let you know exactly what information you will need to forward us. If we are creating a E-Commerce web site we will need all photographs of products, description and prices. A merchant account will be set up for you that will except payments through your E-Commerce web site via Paypal. You will need a Paypal account.

We will help you secure a domain name if you do not already have one. We will change the DNS information of your domain name so it will point to our servers. The first 6 months of web hosting is free with your Xander Las Vegas Web Design. You can send the information needed for your website via email or CD as we are constructing your website. We will contact you in the process of the design for your input and request of any changes you would like while constructing the initial layout. Your Las Vegas Web Designer will make any changes prior to the launch of your website. Turnaround time is usually 2 weeks provided we have all the information needed and provided the information is forwarded to us in a timely manner. The balance of the invoice for website should be paid within 5 days of launch of Website. This second payment can be made via paypal or we will set up a Fed Ex pick up of check or money order. Additional services for your website are available through Xander Design for enhancement and Global Marketing.
